Mira Vista trades in futures, options, ETNS, and ETFs. It has the capabilities to trade in natural gas forwards, swaps, and options.
Mira Vista does not trade on behalf of third parties.

Crude Oil Trading
Using its manager's skills and experience gained over years in the industry, Mira Vista trades WTI crude oil and options along with other related derivatives.

New Ventures
Mira Vista invests in a diversified, portfolio of alternate investments, including early stage or growth companies. It participates in several angel investment networks, in addition to more traditional stock market activity.

Real Estate
Mira Vista invests in commercial and multi-family residential projects. Most of its investments are Texas based. Mira Vista makes private investments and does not manage real estate investments on behalf of clients.
About Us
Sam Henry
From 2016 Sam Henry has been CEO of Mira Vista Investments, a firm involved in private investments in energy, real estate, and start-ups. Mr. Henry was previously President & CEO of Engie Energy Resources, which he grew to the nation’s 3rd largest provider of electricity to non-residential customers until his retirement in 2015. Its indirect parent company, Engie SA (EN: Engi), is a multinational natural gas and electricity supplier. From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Henry served as President and CEO of GDF Suez (now Engie) Energy Marketing. In that role he oversaw a $10 billion portfolio of mostly-natural gas fired power generation assets as well as hedging and commodity risk management of the company’s North American power generation, LNG and retail power activities. Earlier in his 35-year career, Mr. Henry held a variety of executive positions involving generation, upstream, midstream, and downstream commodity and asset risk management at Edison Mission Energy, Conoco, and Chevron.
Mr. Henry serves on the board of advisors at the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He previously served as a member of the board of directors at the University of Houston’s Global Energy Management Institute and as a member the board of Texas A&M’s Trading, Risk & Investment Program.
